Position Description:

This position is responsible for coordinating the logistics and execution of lateral recruitment efforts at PIMCO. This position represents the front-line contact for all issues relating to recruiting. The associate will work closely with a team of recruiters, the business line, external vendors, and candidates to ensure the overall effort to attract top tier candidates to our firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide recruitment support for a team of recruiters including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating in-person, phone, and video conference interviews
• Create, collect and compile feedback and manage briefing documents
• Maintain excellent data integrity and timely data entry in the applicant tracking system
• Post jobs on internal and external job boards
• Arrange domestic and international travel for candidates
• Partner with recruiter on offer proposals and approvals, as well as generating offer sign off memos, offer letters and offer documents for all new hires
• Process compliance pre-offer checks to ensure all necessary reviews are completed prior to offer extension
• Develop and maintain effective and trusted relationships with recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers
• Invoicing/expense management
• Draft and execute search firm contracts
• Complete ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
• Prepare for and facilitate New Employee Orientation on a weekly basis

Position Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• 1-5 years of experience in a client facing/customer service oriented role
• Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed
• Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism, ability to interface with all levels of the company, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
• Possesses a proactive approach to accomplishing work, has immaculate follow up, and demonstrates the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results
• Excellent technology skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network with various departmental personnel and outside parties
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player, proactive and results driven
