Global Head of Family Office

Based in the US, incumbent reports directly to CEO of WM and has full P&L responsibility for WM s discrete Family Office Wealth Management businesses globally, including development of strategic direction and business plan, policies and guidelines.Responsible for future strategic growth of Global Family Office and International Wealth Management currently $100B+ client assets, with some relationships spanning six generations and domestic offices in New York, Boston, Chicago, Miami and Newport Beach.Role also includes international.Coordinates with WM CEO and other WM senior management in the execution of these plans.Overall responsibility for all new business development, investment management, client service, fiduciary services, custody, and risk controls.

Qualifications

Fifteen + years experience in the Investment and Fiduciary Management industry preferred, but may also be an individual with high business/community profile, consistent with heading up a foundation, professional services firm or cultural institution with asset management knowledge. Demonstrated track record of strategic growth of an ultra-high-net worth business, ideally Family Office. Established network and presence within Family Office market. Experience across financial disciplines including markets, investment management, fiduciary, lending and income tax and estate planning. Knowledge consistent with a bachelor's degree as well as advanced knowledge or experience consistent with MBA and/or professional certification (bar admission, CFA, etc.). Minimum five years experience in managing senior professionals, preferably investment or financial services professionals.
