Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

You'll join our Product Analytics & Client Journeys team reporting into the Director, Business Intelligence. As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible, at a senior level, for delivering insightful dashboards and reporting to ensure that Product teams have the right information to make the right decisions at the right time. You'll deliver a wide range of financial, behavioral, competitive analytic tools through the use of advanced business intelligence tools to help drive growth in our business. The successful candidate will be an energetic and self-motivated individual with exceptional consultative skills and an intense client focus.

How You'll Succeed
  • Analytics & Reporting - Lead the delivery of fact-based dashboards and reporting tools to influence decisions and/or identify gaps. The expectation is to go well beyond the numbers and provide insightful product/business/customer/client/segment analysis tools. Contribute to the development and management of a reporting/analytical intake process. Prepare presentations that clearly and concisely communicate key findings and objectives
  • Consultation - Participate as a thought partner and provide advice and recommendations that assist in the development and evolution of our business mandate and help our business make Better Decisions Faster
  • Data Management - Work collaboratively with IT & Product teams to augment/acquire internal and external data and tools to facilitate better decision making. Develop Strategies that ensure data accuracy, consistency, timely capture and standardization at the client and account levels across varying product groups
  • Leadership - Actively seek and evaluate opportunities to improve existing processes and work with key stakeholders to implement changes where appropriate. Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of a suite or reports and dashboards, data management and business intelligence tools that leverage industry best practices with respect to flexibility, sensitivity and reporting to allow enhanced support of the diverse range of clients across the business

Who You Are
  • You are a problem solver. You have exceptional critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills with demonstrated ability to independently identify and analyze business and technical problems and recommend solutions
  • You can demonstrate a deep understanding of developing dashboards, reporting, insights generation. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must
  • You can be clearly understood. You have very strong communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely present information to groups and individuals at all levels in the organization
  • You have a degree in an advanced analytical designation (MBA, CA, CMA, CFA, MA, M.Sc, etc.) and/or equivalent progressive work experience within a large multi-dimensional organization.
