Team Overview

Taiwan Client Business team serves various clients, including distributors and non-distributors across client segments, by providing investment solutions and services across asset classes.

Job Purpose/ Responsibilities
  • Understand the competitive landscape, build and deepen strong business partnerships with distributors, and position BlackRock products to win market share
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals
  • Explore sales and promotional activities to achieve sales target
  • Provide and deliver presentations for workshops, seminars and client meetings as appropriate to represent BlackRock
  • Work with BlackRock internal partners and resources (marketing, product specialists, sales desk, etc.) to augment efforts in the field

Qualifications
  • 5-8 years as an experienced investment professional is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and local securities license is required, MBA/CFA is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, OneNote, etc.)
  • Self-motivated individual, with a commitment to excellence
  • Strong overall sales acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ambitious work ethic, professional disposition, detail-oriented, good team player, and a passion for investments
  • Ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels and functions; can work through difficult problems and in conflict situations
  • Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to travel when required
