Demonstrates intimate-level, knowledge success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs in the following areas: - Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; - Communicating value propositions; - Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection; and, - Preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: - Using various enterprise resource planning and e-sourcing software such as JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Ariba, PeopleSoft and Manugistics. level of abilities with and proven record of success as both an individual - Contributing and team member identifying and addressing client needs with a focus on Procurement and Sourcing functions. - Participating in client discussions and meetings, managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues. - Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues
