Middle Office Analyst

We are looking for an Associate with 3 years of experience to join our Middle Office Team in Lisbon.

Main responsibilities will be:

• To collaborate in boarding processes (data cleaning and mapping) & in transactions closing
• To assure data quality/consistency and improvements in the model
• To collaborate with the Systems Product Manager in new developments, processes control & quality monitoring
• Application training and organizational processes
• Servicer fees
• Cash Management & Account Provisioning: allocations in the system (collections and expenses), bank accounts balance control and payments, accounting provisioning of the portfolios under management

Profile:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering;
• 2-3 years’ experience in business analyst role, preferable on software development projects
• Strong quantitative analytical and creative problem solving capabilities, skilled in Excel analytical tools;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English;
• Teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure.
