PMG COO Product Platforms owns, delivers and supports business platforms, helping the front office and product specialist teams to better serve the bank's various client segments. We take ownership, strive to understand a problem in detail, design a practicable solution, drive the change, bring it to life as well as maintain the solution to support the day to day running of business.
You will be a key member of the team managing critical cross functional initiatives across the Bank.
Main duties
Qualifications
• Experience with product ownership and agile project methodology as well as proven experience of delivering capabilities within a Wealth Management environment.
• Experience with Private Banking, (portfolio based), advisory services is a must.
• Sound understanding and articulation of Wealth Management business products, processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of user experience methodologies and experience of client centric development as well as knowledge of data analytics is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills coupled with strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrable ability to engage closely and confidently with business and IT stakeholders of all levels
•Ability to prioritise, work well under pressure, work well independently, and be a team player
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Degree from reputable University, ideally Business Management or Finance
• Certification such as CFA, is a strong advantage
• Certification in project management, such as PMP, is a strong advantage

You will be a key member of the team managing critical cross functional initiatives across the Bank.
Main duties
- Be business product owner of the advisory insights.
- Define the strategic direction of the product as part of the overall advisory change initiative. Be a central point of contact and coordination for other related projects.
- Work closely with the channel owners to ensure seamless integration of advisory insights capability into the existing channels - enabling the bank to efficiently disseminate content directly to clients.
- Work closely with the digital marketing content team to increase tracking and effectiveness of insights.
- Prepare business cases for new enhancements and define user journeys. Maintain the product backlog and present to sponsor and senior management.
- Engage business and IT stakeholders actively to validate and assess feasibility of requirements.
- Coordinate and validate system requirements gathering and user acceptance testing activities
