Position Summary:

RHJ is seeking a Junior Analyst to join its newly on-boarded Small Cap Value and International Small Cap equity investment team located in its Mahwah, NJ office. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting portfolio managers with fundamental research on existing and new investment ideas, writing internal research reports and maintaining proprietary internal databases.  The analyst will work closely with the portfolio managers of the strategies managed in our New Jersey office.  

Skills and Abilities:

The ideal candidate will be a value-oriented investor who genuinely enjoys researching companies, is technologically savvy and motivated to work on a new and growing team.  Additionally, we are seeking someone who is self-motivated, strives for continual improvement, interested in learning our investment style, and accepting of constructive criticism.

Undergraduate degree required.  Preference will be given to those who have completed or are in the process of completing the CFA program.  Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience in non-US markets and Japanese language fluency.
