For our client, a renowned Single Family Office in Central Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Investment Controller
Job Description
- Main responsibility for investment controlling for various asset categories, both liquid and illiquid. This includes, but is not limited to investment controlling, investment planning, as well as monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements of capital investments
- Comprehensive analysis and reporting activities, including data quality assurance
- Development and presentation of comprehensive investment performance and benchmark analyses
- Well-founded preparation of complex data for decision-making
- Analysis of foreign currency positions
- Ensuring short-term and long-term liquidity planning
- Development of Excel-based financial models
- Risk management and stress testing procedures
- Regular participation in audit and business committee meetings
- Direct reporting line to the managing director and close collaboration with the investment team
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant studies (Univ. / FH / HF), additional qualifications (CFA/CAIA) would be a plus
- At least 5 years professional experience within the financial sector
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of portfolio management systems would be an advantage
- Analytical and structured approach, flair for numbers
- High level of commitment, resilience, and attention to detail and quality
- Dedicated, honest, and independent personality who values teamwork
- Fluent in English (German and any other language would be an advantage)
- This position requires a high degree of commitment and trustworthiness
