Background to the Role:
Working with the Principals of the firm, you will be responsible for the full investment cycle from deal sourcing to analysis, structuring, negotiations, completion and post investment monitoring. The firm are sector agnostic and you will get a broad investment exposure.

Job Summary and Purpose:
- Perform detailed due diligence on prospective investee companies in order to assess projects for investment
- Preparation of investment proposals and projections for investment purposes
- Conducting detailed financial reviews of investee company's trading and financial performance and comparison to projected performance
- Liaising and negotiating with legal experts and tax authorities in relation to completion of investments and on-going matters
- On going portfolio monitoring
Ideal Candidate:
- Corporate Finance / Investment Banking background
- Professional Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or CFA or equivalent
- Strong financial modelling skills
- A driven person with a strong network and ability to work autonomously
