About the CQF Institute
Part of Fitch Learning, the CQF Institute is the awarding body for the Certificate in Quantitative Finance and provides a platform for educating and building the quantitative finance community around the globe. Promoting the highest standard in practical financial engineering, the Institute offers its members exclusive access to educational content featured on the Institute website, keeping its members up to date on the latest quant finance industry practices.

Role Purpose

To provide operational support to the CQF Institute. As operations assistance you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of events. Overseeing the day to day running of the institute events.

Role Responsibilities
  • Planning and execution of global events
  • Management of event life cycle
  • Management of event speakers
  • Liaising with external partners on event requirements
  • Manage free event registrations
  • Manage workshops and conference registration and revenue reporting
  • Liaise with sales and marketing to promote events
  • Oversee event on the day logistics (venue, catering, collateral)
  • Supplier management
  • Invoicing - suppliers, speakers
  • Management of CQF Institute inbox
  • Produce post event reports
  • Management of premium membership revenue
  • Identify / research new event opportunities
  • Other ad hoc support activities as required

Role Requirements
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Events planning experience required
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
