Corporate Finance - AVP to RO (with Unconditional License)

Responsibilities:

• Participate/lead in various corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, M&A, financial advisory and secondary market fund raising activities
• Assess potential deals and prepare pitching presentation, conduct relevant research, financial analysis, and due diligence
• Prepare, review and follow with proposals and relevant transaction documents
• Prepare listing documents and draft announcements and circulars
• Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange in connection with respective projects
• Build and manage client relations
• Provide strategic support on new business development

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or related discipline(s) from a reputable university with professional qualifications of Accountancy or Legal
• CPA or CFA will be advantageous
• Exposure in Hong Kong corporate finance transactions (IPOs, M&A, financial advisory, rights issue or share offerings) gained with international and reputable regional investment banks will be preferred
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in investment bank and experience in cross border transactions. Candidates with lots of successful deal experience (including IPO) will be considered for senior position
• Hold HK SFC License for Type 6 regulated activity, RO (Unconditional license) for senior hire
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (read &, write Chinese, fluent Mandarin)
