Requirements

- Accountable for achieving business and revenue targets
- Bring in client relations and industry network, and provide industries client coverage
- Lead origination and execution of corporate finance and capital markets transactions
- Oversees Initial Public Offerings, Mergers & Acquisitions deals
- Ensure business is running in compliance with SFO rules and regulations
Requirements
- Degree holder in finance, accounting or related disciplines; with relevant qualification, e.g. CPA, CFA
- Holds SFC Type 6 Responsible Officer License and is a Principal Sponsor
- Minimum 15 years of relevant IBD experience at senior level
- Proven track records in IPOs, M&A transactions (please provide deal list)
- Presentable, strong market network, industry knowledge with high business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
