Associate Director, Treasury Unit (Finance & Treasury Division)

Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up, implement and update operation manuals, guidelines, and policies;
Prepare reports with regard to regulatory and internal purposes;
Assist in preparing materials for ALCO;
Assist in maintaining bank relationships;
Assist in the Group's daily treasury functions which included interest rate, FX, and liquidity management;
Perform ad hoc treasury-related projects; and
Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance / Statistics / Mathematics or equivalent;
CFA / FRM preferred;
Minimum 5 years of working experience with exposure in treasury operations and/or treasury management;
Knowledge in financial products preferably;
A good team player, self-starter, mature, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure; excellent figures sense, with analytical mindset;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power-point), knowledge in VBA an added value.
