M&A Business Analyst

Our client is an Internacional Investment Bank that is looking for a M&A Business Analyst.

Role and Responsabilities:

- Prepare the marketing material required for the proper pitching of Investment Banking & Coverage;

- Data Base Management Support: Produce & maintain a databse of certain standard presentation materials;

- Mantain Sector Vertical Comparable:

     . Maintain a transactions database capturing all relevant details of recent deals;

     . Assisting in the preparation of the weekly, which is a market update document;

     . Compile league tables and credentials by sector, country, deal type;

     . Prepare case studies of completed transactions;

- Partner with onshore teams in order to support pitch book preparation progress;

This role does not include:

- Assisting in execution of deals;

- Leading pitch book preparation and providing strategic advice;

- Attending client meetings with senior colleagues and developing client relationships;

Profile:

- Master Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering areas;

- Fluency in English;

- Ideally with, current or past experience (1 to 3 years) in Corporate Finance Sector, M&A, IB product, Advisory or Private Equity as junior team member;

- Multi-tasking;

- Time management and prioratisation;

- Strong written and verbal communications skills, notably in English;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, Dealogic;
