What is the opportunity?
As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate valuation of exchange traded products impacting key lines of business including fund services, insurance reporting, custody reporting and all value added services. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to keep up to date with changes in the securities markets, Investment regulations and new financial products.
Please note: You will be required to work a rotating shift in this position, out of our Toronto or Meadowvale location.

As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate valuation of exchange traded products impacting key lines of business including fund services, insurance reporting, custody reporting and all value added services. What will you do?
- Participant in the research and validation of price discrepancies (including but not restricted to exchange traded equities, fixed income and warrants)
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of exchange traded instrument prices to various valuation teams
- Analyze and process asset manager's trades for fund valuation teams
- Set-up security profiles for all exchange traded products including MBS, Equities, Bonds, Warrants and Private Placements
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Client Specific pricing models
Client Service - Deliver quality customer service through timely and accurate report delivery.
Must-have
- Investment industry experience, ideally 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Post-Secondary education (preferably in a finance related program)
- Experience in using Reuters and Bloomberg
Nice-to-have
- Currently enrolled in the CFA program
- Canadian Securities Course
- Working knowledge of GAAP-Generally accepted accounting principles
