We Offer
This is a Structured Equity Derivatives Product Control role, which is responsible for the integrity, completeness and accuracy of all trading PnL. As a product controller, you are required to work closely with Front Office traders on daily PnL analysis and commentary. You will also work closely with the Line Control and offshore BFO team on daily, monthly and quarterly verification and reporting. This role supports the structured equity derivatives business within APAC Solutions division, therefore having equity derivatives knowledge would be an advantage.
  • You will analyze "Daily P&L" results as evidenced in GPL - the global P&L reporting system
  • You will provide support evidence using risk based, market based or attribution based analysis
  • You're role will require you to produce or review commentary on significant P&L events and market movement
  • Identification and comments of material trading activities
  • Understanding and calculation of trading provisions and their movements
  • Liaising with trading on adhoc queries and perform facilitation
  • Accounting disclosure and reporting as required under various GAAP
  • Project experience, lead from PC perspective for infrastructure improvement and discussion


You Offer
  • You have a degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • It would be an added advantage if you possess ad CFA or CPA qualification
  • You possess 2+ years of Product Control experience
  • You have strong analytical skills and are accurate and you have a good attention to detail
  • You have strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
  • Good expertise with Excel and coding
