Senior Financial Analyst

Job duties:-

• Support and assist the investment teams in performing financial analysis, executing transactions and conducting thorough research of investment targets as well as the respective industries;
• Develop financial models such as preparing financial projections, using DCF models, estimating discount rate or IRR;
• Lead and perform in-depth research for investments;
• Prepare internal reporting materials of investments such as investment committee memo;
• Review and negotiate terms of transaction documents such as sale and purchase agreements, subscription agreements, and shareholders agreements;
• Prepare and assist in preparing monthly reporting materials to senior management;
• Assist with the day-to-day support, data analysis and data reconciliation for accounting and finance related to investments.

Requirements:-

• BS or BA degree in Business with major in Finance or Accounting; at least 4 years of professional working experience in the similar role;
• CPA or CFA qualified is a plus;
• Advisory experience in Big 4 accounting firms is preferred;
• Experience in preparing detailed forecast and budgets;
• Involved in M&A transactions and/or other capital market transactions;
• Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple time-sensitive and confidential projects simultaneously;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Up to date accounting standard knowledge;
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Expertise in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word etc.);
• Experience in using Bloomberg and other research software/database.
