Responsibilities
This role sits within a matrix group structure. As a senior on the team, you will be:
- Lead investment evaluations initiatives in line with group strategies to evaluate potential opportunities for the group across multiple countries and asset classes
- Complete the full investment cycle - deal origination, structuring, due diligence, financial modelling and execution to maximise asset value and returns
- Preparing of investment proposals to investment committee
- Constant monitoring of group assets to optimise portfolio performance via investments/divestments
- Assist in fund raising from capital markets when needed
- Budgeting/forecasting and management reporting to internal/external stakeholders or investors
Profile requirement
- Degree in business or real estate from reputable universities. Masters or CFA would be preferred
- 6-10 years of experience within the real estate investment market
- A commercial savvy, driven and entrepreneurial mindset will be a plus
- Adaptable and hands on individuals with the ability to work in complex team structures
- Mandarin speaking compulsory as you are expected to work on deals within China
