PrimaryFunction
As part of our team of specialists, the Investor is responsiblefor helping the Banker win new clients and deepens and strengthens existingclient relationships through advising on investment solutions. ThisInvestor will provide Brazilian clients with advice and cross asset classexecution including equities, fixed income, derivatives, alternatives, and offerrecommendations according to changing market conditions; He/ She willunderstand local portfolios, economic environment and trends in Brazil toadvice clients on how global macro trends affect their asset allocation,investment goals and risk profile.
  • Conduct investment reviews with clients to validate the clients'current investment objectives and prepare recommendations of appropriateinvestment products
  • Provide clients with institutionalservice, advice, and cross asset class execution including equities, fixedincome, derivatives, alternatives, and offer recommendations according tochanging market conditions
  • Analyze, construct and manageinvestment portfolios, advising clients on asset allocation, tactical trading,portfolio rebalancing and hedging strategies.
  • Develop investment policy statements and advise on assetallocation
  • Closes sales of complex investment products
  • Focus on qualified purchaser clients and act as primary resourcefor investment communication
  • Build excellent working relationships with internal clients
  • Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures regardingsecurities transactions and code of conduct
  • Support coordination of sales effort with Capital Advisors, TrustOfficers and Wealth Advisors
  • Provide guidance to junior staff

  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese
  • In depth experience and/or knowledge of hedge funds, privateequity and alternative investments
  • Able to execute trades smoothly and seamlessly and tasked withmanaging brokerage activity
  • Sales experience including: profiling, overcoming objections,negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals
  • Conducts operations within FINRA and other regulatory agencyguidelines and requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of wealth management including, but notlimited to: credit, deposits, trust and financial planning
  • Ability to work in a team based environment


PositionRequirements
  • 10 years experience in Private Banking or Financial Servicesindustry
  • Ideal candidate has prior experience providing complex investmentsolutions to Ultra High Net Worth families and/or individuals focused in theAndean region within Latin America
  • FINRA Licenses 7, 63 required
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or CFA preferred
