Join our team and experience Workday!

It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they're doing. At Workday, we're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business of enterprise applications. We work hard, and we're serious about what we do. But we like to have a good time, too. In fact, we run our company with that principle in mind every day: One of our core values is fun.

Job Description

Workday was founded on a disruptive idea: to put people at the centre of enterprise applications. We have grown rapidly to become a $2B organisation and at the same time set new benchmarks in employee engagement and pace of innovation. We have won numerous industry awards with #1 on the 'Best Places to Work in the UK 2019' and #2 on Forbes list of 'World's Most Innovative Companies 2018' being some of our recent recognitions.

Workday's Value Management practice is our global business consulting team of ex-strategy consultants and industry experts driving Workday's growth and success. We collaborate extensively with senior business executives at prospects and customers to identify business challenges, to align investments with strategic objectives of the company and to create cases for change and roadmaps for success. We also deduce how the investments made by customers are driving strategic benefits, assess the magnitude of the value realised and chart a course for any improvement and additional investment. And finally, we work with senior leaders across Workday to design and implement projects that have a tangible impact on our go to market plans and sales cycles.
