Job Description:
Dimensionals Investment Solutions Group acts as a source of specialized investment knowledge that delivers thought leadership, education and analysis to our clients through face-to-face interactions and compelling, informative content.

The Associate Investment Strategist will join the product management team in Dimensionals Investment Solutions Group. The product management team serves as an important function in advancing the message around Dimensionals investment approach and portfolios. The product management team is responsible for the planning and execution of strategic campaigns on key investment priorities. This role will support senior members of the team on determining campaign strategy, developing content to support campaign objectives, coordinating efforts across senior leadership and Dimensionals investment and client teams, managing the overall project plan for campaigns, and delivering internal communication and training. Success in this role may lead to opportunities to own the overall success of strategic campaigns and increased collaboration with senior leaders within the firm. This position is based in either our Austin, TX or Charlotte, NC office and reports to a senior member of the Investment Solutions team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop external and internal content (prose, presentations, etc.) that supports investment priorities, which requires the ability to convey complex investment concepts in varying mediums and with consideration for varying audiences.
• Support senior team members on strategic campaign planning, which requires an in-depth understanding of campaign goals and related investment concepts, an understanding of relevant competitive considerations, and familiarity with targeted audiences.
• Manage campaign workflow to ensure execution within targeted timelines and with adherence to campaign objectives.
• Support senior team members on the development and delivery of internal communication on campaign objectives and deliverables or internal messaging training.
• Collaborate across many internal stakeholders and departments on deliverables and communication.
• Own or support special project work or ad hoc requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required. An MBA or CFA preferred.
• Five or more years of prior employment within the investment industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of broad markets, asset classes, and investment products.
• Previous experience in product management or related functions is strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to resolve problems effectively and exercise independent judgement.
• Motivated to self-teach skills and apply learned knowledge to applicable tasks.
• Experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders preferred.
