1.Overseeing and reporting on current company investments in Real-estate Funds, Companies and Properties. Includes involvement in attending Boards and Committees, providing feedback to executive management on the performance of the investments on periodic bases.
2.Evaluating real-estate investment opportunities, providing feedback and analyses, and submitting solid recommendations for the executive management and the investment committee in-line with the company’s strategy and objectives.
3.Engaging with financial institutions for fund raising (Debt / Equity) for future development opportunities, or refinancing of current undergoing development
4.Assisting the executive management in the evaluation of any acquisition / sale of any shares or properties.
5.Engaging third-party consultants to generate feasibility studies, market research and asset valuations.
1.Coordinating with legal teams (internal / external) to reflect investment objectives in Agreements and Resolutions.
2.Coordinating with Sales Teams in reporting performance on periodic bases.
3.Coordinating with Development and Projects Teams on development progress and budget spending.
