Direct Investment in Bond, Executive Director/Director levels

Responsibilities:

• Formulate bond investment strategies
• Originate bond investment opportunities, aligning with investment strategies and direction
• Perform bond investment research, analysis, valuation and due diligence
• Lead and supervise throughout the execution process
• Set up of new funds, discussion of investment strategies, terms and structure
• Manage the bond investment portfolio and post investment monitoring
• Build and maintain solid relations with clients, investors and strategic partners
• Train and coach junior investment team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above major in Accounting/Finance/Investment or related disciplines
• With professional qualification as CPA or CFA
• Minimum 10 years of solid working experience in bond direct investment specially in China IG bonds
• Proven track records in setting investment strategies, execution of bond investments and bond portfolio management
• With excellent financial analysis, modeling, credit and valuation skills
• Strategic, analytical, team player and achiever
• Must have high fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both oral and written
