About Business
Financial Advisory (FA) practice of Deloitte China provides strategic and financial advisory services to clients throughout all phases of the economic cycle. FA comprises several distinct but related global service lines whose shared principal objective is the creation and enhancement of shareholder and stakeholder value.

Corporate Finance Advisory Services provide strategic corporate advisory services for corporate finance transactions, ranging from M&A strategy and advisory, capital raising to business disposals.

Job Description and Responsibility
Work you'll do:
• Provide valuation analyses for tax, financial reporting or other regulatory, compliance or management planning requirements
• Take the diverse business activities and transactions into account and simplify them into the most granular components to build a financial model providing insights into the key drivers affecting strategic decision-making of the client
• Develop analytical models that can be visualized and interpreted convincingly to inform recommendations
• Plan and execute engagements that deliver a superior client experience
• Act as a financial advisor across a broad spectrum of transactions through a sophisticated analysis of financial information
• Build an in-depth knowledge of the client's business and stays up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, and leading practices
• Apply quality assurance, risk management, and confidentiality procedures in all areas of work performed and managed
• Build expertise in one stage of the M&A lifecycle and develops network in others to position client with other technical and market experts

Your role as a leaders:
• Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align people to objectives and set priorities and direction
• Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people
• Deliver exceptional client service; maximize results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
• Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
• Act as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognizing others for the impact they make

• At least 4 years' relevant work experience, including at least 2 years' valuation experience related to M&A or financial reporting.
• Bachelor degree or above with major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines would also be considered.
• Experience in PE, Research specialist in Securities trader, Consulting firms or big 4.
• Experience in valuation and financial modeling; Familiar with knowledge of finance modeling.
• Self-initiation & good team player, excellent analysis, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business sense, analytical thinking, fast-learner, with high commitment to delivery excellence.
• Professional qualification of CICPA / CFA or other equivalent overseas qualifications preferred.
