As a critical role in enhancing the delivery capability of Deloitte through centralization of delivery processes, resource integration and scalable service offerings, the Global Delivery Center (GDC) is an important strategic initiative for Deloitte China. Professionals in GDC FA provide remote services such as project support, dedicated work support and IT development.

Job Description and Responsibility
The Financial Advisory Services (FA) function is looking to recruit various Assistant Associates / Associates to join the GDC, and help build up its capabilities related to valuation service and research. Key responsibilities include:
Analysis and research

1. Conduct economy, industry, or target company research and summarize the research result in report format;
   -
2. Retrieving, collating and analyzing public records, media archives and internet postings
   -
3. Writing up summary documenting the information obtained during the research process
   -
4. Financial data analysis;
   -
5. Search comparable companies / transactions, and calculate market multiples and WACC accordingly;
   -
6. Provide data processing and analytical support to FA service lines in business development, project delivery, knowledge management and thought leadership initiatives.

• Analytical capability with logical thinking and good communication skills
• Self-starter, willing to solve challenges and work under pressure,
• Strong communication and report writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Be a team player committed to maintaining the high level of integrity and to quality client service
• CFA, CPA, or other technical designation would be an advantage
• Familiar with data research tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and WIND would be a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• CET-4 or above, or equivalent qualification
• Internship or Employment experience with other big 4/consulting / advisory firms /research institutes, , or other business organizations preferred;
• Bachelor degree or Master degree with major in accounting, finance, economics, business / trade, management, or other related subject preferable
