The BDO Wealth Advisory group (BDOWA) provides independent and objective investment advice to clients in all areas of financial planning. BDOWA will identify client specific needs, help establish realistic goals and objectives, guide clients in developing a plan and provides assistance in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of that plan, designed specifically to meet client's needs.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field required
Experience:
- Six (6) or more years of investment management and financial planning experience utilized in the relationship management of high net worth clients is required
License/Certifications:
- Must be eligible for registration as an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) with the State of Florida and be a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or CIMA chartered holder. Exceptions may be made by the Regional Managing Director.
Software:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint , especially query and reporting functions is required
- Proficient in the use of industry software, preferably Tamarac -CRM, Rebalance, Advisor View, and eMoney or their equivalent is preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Relationship Building able to personally provide high level of interactive service to internal and external clients. Able to foster long term relationships
- Team Orientation & Interpersonal highly motivated, passionate and creative team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization
- Communication able to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner
- Organization & Time Management able to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling and organizing professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Adaptability to Change able to be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to and able to positively and proactively assimilate change in rapid growth environment
