YOUR CHALLENGE
Daily Business
  • Assign lending values (LTV) to various asset classes in line with our global credit framework both on a stand-alone basis
  • Support the Credit Officers in the determination of LTVs for clients in the context of a client portfolio, e.g. inputs on non-standard structured deals (single asset lending, concentration/bulk risks, country risks, etc.)
  • Coordinate requests, initiatives, projects within headquarter in Zurich but also for the other locations for LTV and methodologies related topics
  • Educate Front units and Credit colleagues in all matters related to LTV framework, markets, products and credit risk related topics

Projects
  • Drive LTV and credit risk framework related projects; contribute prudent risk adjustments to Credit set-up (e.g. methodologies, automation, policies, processes, quality and efficiency improvements, etc.)
  • Address issues for improvements on the risk assessment, quality, and efficiency and providing ideas a/o solutions
  • Identify and quantify credit risks and implement measures aimed at minimizing these risks and ensure proper monitoring and reporting of these tasks
  • Work together with other areas of the bank

REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree holder preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, in a quantitative subject or equivalent
  • At least 5-8 years of solid and related experience in risk management, preferably in Credit
  • Preferably CFA or FRM Charter holder
  • Strong inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of Wealth Management industry
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Good experience in project management
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), German language skills strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Access / SQL as a plus) and good experience with dealing with large amounts of data
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a competitive environment
