The Role Responsibilities
  • To lead and grow the structured product business, covering product strategy, customer value proposition, go to market strategy, new product introduction, systems and processes
  • Collaborate with key Country, Regional and Group office stakeholders in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Technology and Operations to bring the best values to our customers
  • To monitor and manage the systematic and non-systematic risk of the product portfolios
  • Ensure adherence to laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies (including anti-money laundry, sanction, anti-bribery & corruption and relevant FCC risks) and the Group Code of Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the bank's Values and Code of Conduct.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • At least University graduate with 10+ years experience in banking or finance industry.
  • Solid experience in managing treasury products in a financial institution with responsibilities for revenue, particularly in structured product or equity derivative development, management or dealing
  • In-depth knowledge of equities, interest rates, foreign exchange, commodities, options, derivatives, latest structured product trends and relevant regulations
  • Experience in leading technological innovation implementation from the business perspective
  • Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, multicultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Excellent professional skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, time management and stakeholder management
  • Language Capability; proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Post-graduate degree holder or CFA are a plus
