We Offer
Product Control (BFO function) is looking for an experienced Product Controller staff in Pune. The Product Control teams are our financial guardians of the bank's sales and trading activities and therefore play a critical part within the broader finance organisation in delivering service excellence to our clients.

You will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Complete the daily P & L Validation & Reporting process
  • Responsible to ensure appropriate inputs are available on a timely basis, p/l numbers are validate and presented for review by the supervisors
  • Ensure the below controls are executed precisely:
  • FOBO Review
  • P&L Analysis
  • P&L Reporting
  • P&L Commentary
  • Month End Cut Off Controls
  • SOX relevant documentation are completed
  • Liaise across other teams within PC & Finance Change group to support in execution and testing activities for projects in progress
  • Face off with internal PC supervisors, Front Office desks / COOs, IT teams, Operations team for any daily P&L issues
  • Take ownership of issues that arise from the day to day and monthly processes with a view to resolving these in an efficient and timely manner
  • Reviewing and implementing improvements in execution to make the process more efficient & effective.


You Offer

  • You have Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field - Mandatory.
  • You possess a CA or CFA or MBA degree
  • You have deep understanding of Financial Products within an Investment Banking Environment
  • You have knowledge of the front to back office flows in a Banking Business and potential inherent control and operational risks
  • You have approximately 3 - 5 years post qualification experience within the financial services industry
  • You have exposure to engagement in execution of projects within the organization.
  • Having Global Experience in Reputed Investment banks & handling Multi culture locations
  • You are dedicated and able to suggest solutions and have the aim to implement changes
  • Attention to detail
  • Numerical competency and accuracy
  • You have strong Communication, leadership and Organisational skills
  • You are able to well-organised and should be able to meet deadlines
  • Adapting to change
  • You are comfortable to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
