Healthcare Analyst (VP/Director)

Healthcare Equity Lead/Writing Research Analyst (Vice President/VP or Director)

Main responsibilities:

-Responsible for equity analysis, writing research, marketing to investors and arranging corporate events

-Preparation of pre-deal report and conducting investor education

-Providing research services to internal clients such as investment banking, asset management and private equity fund

Key requirements:

-Aggressive, analytical, self-motivated, open to new ideas and a team player

-Prior experience in HK and US ADR pre-deal/IPO required

-Master or Bachelor Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years working experience covering related sector

-Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese with capabilities to prepare professional research report in both English and Chinese

-Good accounting and financial knowledge required

- Holder of CFA and SFC type 4 license a plus
