Product Management- Working together with the broader Liquidity Product Management team,take the lead on developing and deploying overall market strategies for theTreasury Services Liquidity products. Build and leverage clientrelationships to understand client needs as they relate to Treasury ServicesLiquidity products. Work across the Treasury Services business andcompany to do so, while ensuring the proper alignment of activities across theTreasury Services organization.

Provides leadership tomultiple teams of Product Management professional staff responsible formanaging a range of products from development to sales and delivery. Supportsthe development of departmental priorities. Allocates resources to support theachievement business objectives and ensure alignment with the annual plan.Develops ideas for new products and generates buy-in from the business tointegrate into pipeline. Considered to be an expert in the field and providesfunctional insight to support the solution of complex, operational and organizationalproblems. Oversees strategy design behind product development and delivery.Ensures strategies align with departmental priorities and annual plan.Leverages strong market knowledge to integrate the demands of various regionsand stay ahead of competitors. Is directly responsible for team's performanceand profitability. Interacts directly with key leaders across the business andexternal customers to negotiate and market BNY Mellon's offerings. Demonstratesin-depth and comprehensive knowledge of teams capabilities and an understandingof all products, the marketplace and client needs to drive productgrowth/development and maximize profitability. Seen as a firm expert onmultiple products and product portfolios that are of strategic importance to thefirm. Provides oversight around the development of product management roadmapsand ensures alignment with organization functional business plans. Supports andfunds projects and products. Responsible for revenue goals, profitability, andpricing for all products along with capital and operating budgets. Takes anactive role in the development and coaching of Product Managers. No directreports. Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed. Leadsothers on project teams and assists management to operationalize functional orbusiness objectives. Contributes to the achievement of functionalobjectives.

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 12 plus years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Product Management, operations, client management preferred. MBA or CFA preferred. Product Leadership Certification preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
