Description: Mercer is looking for talented and ambitious investment analysts with various levels of experience who are keen to develop their career within the UK client consulting team or the UK investments analytical team, both positions are based in Lisbon. This is an opportunity to join a great multi-disciplined team providing clients with leading edge service. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a client focus, alongside the core technical skills.
In these roles you will work directly with clients and consultants in the UK and the Wealth specialist teams to ensure clients receive a high quality service from Mercer. Please find the main responsibilities you will have within these teams:
Client Consulting team main responsibilities include:
· Supporting consultants in drafting client presentations, communications, meeting agendas/minutes and any other required meeting materials
· Assisting in day to day client, consultant and regular audit, accounting and reporting queries
· Supporting consultants in developing strategy reviews and implementing changes to the client’s overall investment structure
· Liaise closely with external investments managers
· Regular contact with the clients and consultants in the UK
Investment strategy de-risking team main responsibilities include:
· Perform the several tasks relating to data analysis, data input preparation, output analysis and perform side report.
· Produce Liabilities Benchmark Portfolios (LBP) for UK clients
· Liability Driven Investments (LDI) Monitoring
· Running and updating daily market conditions
· Produce market analysis reports
· Automatization of processes
· Regular contact with the clients and consultants in the UK
