The Emerging Wealth Strategist is responsible for assisting in the development of solutions-based recommendations for high net worth clients with complex needs using a team based approach.  This will be done by:

Contributing to departmental objectives, projects and initiatives in order to better serve branch teams and high-net worth clients Providing branches with solution-based tool strategy guidance in order to better serve high net worth clients with complex needs.

Completing Requests-for-Proposals in coordination with branch teams in an effort to build deeper relationships within the community.


3+ years Financial Services Industry or EDJ experience required

1+ years of experience with Insurance would be strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Law required Series 7 and 66 required within 6 months of hire Insurance license required within 6 months of hire CFP designation attempted within 18 months of hire and obtained within 24 months of hire

Functional Skills: 

Understanding of Financial Advisor/BOA/branch processes including the implementation of the 5-step Asset Management process Ability to support a financial advisor in evaluating solutions-based strategies for client needs.

Strong presentation and communication skills Personal initiative and ability to collaborate Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Understanding and alignment with the firm values, beliefs, policies, procedures as well as business objectives
