Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Formulate and implement the comprehensive management of OTC derivatives business according to the group's strategy
- Keep good relationship with MAS and other government agencies
- Lead the team to complete the KPI, and conduct effective assessment and incentive for subordinates, manage the team building and business development
- Identify the issues in the company's business process and propose relevant solution
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of marketing channels like banks, securities companies, insurance companies, asset management companies and Chinese-funded overseas institutions
Requirements:
- A degree or above, major in Economics, Finance or Law
- Must have at least 10 years of OTC derivatives experience or leveraged FX trading experience
- Pass modules 1A/1B/2A and 6A of CMFAS organized by IBF or CFA holder
- Possess rich resource and wide network, excellent communication
- Familiar with MAS regulations in Singapore
- Team lead experience
- Proficient in Chinese as there will be frequent contact Chinese counterparties
