Responsibilities
Requirements
- Assist in management of a global equity portfolio, consisting of ETFs, external funds and quality stocks;
- Actively analyze, recommend and monitor global quality stocks investment;
- Actively evaluate, recommend and monitor external funds;
- Actively support and execute ETF strategy;
- Actively scan the investment landscape for new investment opportunities;
- Provide timely updates on developments affecting existing investments as well as new opportunities and markets to management;
- Assist to prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the portfolio;
- Ready to take on ad hoc responsibilities, when directed.
Requirements
- A good degree from a reputable university, preferable with professional qualification, like CFA, CAIA;
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience;
- Experience in Manager Due Diligence: Evaluating, Recommending and Monitoring external asset managers in equities and hedge funds. Able to articulate key drivers of a manager's investment process, philosophy and return;
- Experience in Equities Research: preferably on global stocks, with a robust approach, demonstrating understanding in global, industry, and company dynamics that drive equities prices;
- Some knowledge and understanding of ETFs;
- Team player with strong communication skills;
- A driven, self-motivated individual with initiative, and desire to excel;
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Written and Spoken).
