- Your work experience: 2+ years of experience in alternative investments, securitization and/or structured products sales.
- Customer success: You focus on your clients and your major goal is it to build new client relationships and improve the existing ones
- Getting shit done: You are outgoing, creative as well as systematic. You do your own work but embrace working in teams. You see the big picture as well as the finer details.
- 80/20: You can bridge strategic thinking, analytical skills and creative executions.
- Great networking and communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Intermediary: You are responsible for supporting Sales in the areas of alternative investments, customer support, customization and advise, and are the interface between Sales, Product and Partners.
- Key Account: You are responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with clients and for maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- Customer acquisition: Responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing new. relationships with financial intermediaries, high net worth individuals and family offices.
- Hypergrowth: Focusing on growing and developing new and existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Customer success: You are responsible for identifying customer needs and create proper securitization solutions to meet their needs.
