The Opportunity

Come and join our exciting and market leading Corporate Finance team. Entrepreneurs, management teams, private equity firms, corporates and PLCs often need to raise money through financing, infrastructure projects, or mergers and acquisitions. Our team of over 200 experts help them do this in the best way and you can be a part of this.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst in the Corporate Finance team you will be:

• Developing specialist expertise while working with major companies
• Taking ownership of complex, sometimes high-profile projects
• Communicating with colleagues and clients across global locations

To qualify for the role you must have

• High-performer in A-Levels with obtained an A-level in Maths
• Obtained an MSc in Finance
• Completed an internship or work experience in which you have been exposed to analysis, financial modelling and report-writing
• Operational experience of supporting senior management and providing advice and commentary based on analysis and research undertaken
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

What we look for

We are looking for self-starters who are keen to learn and can support on both client coverage and executing deals. We also actively encourage and support the CFA training and qualification.
