- Conduct indepth Financial & Valuation analysis.
- Source, evualate and execute transactions.
- Provide search backed investment recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a relationship with third parties to help ensure effective transaction management.
- Provide sell and buy-side analysis.
Key requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics OR related field.
- CFA preferred.
- Minimum 3-6 years experience in a top Investment Bank.
- Solid understanding of financial modelling and transaction evaluation.
- Corporate Finance background is prefered.
