Investor Relations Analyst
Valens is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to report to the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Investments to support in all aspects of investor relations with regards to research, meeting and roadshow coordination, communication with brokers & investors, organizing of weekly schedules, presentations, and more. Valens is looking for applicants that are personable and strong in: organization, communication, financial analysis and marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities in Investor Relations includes but not limited to;
- Reporting to the EVP, Strategy & Investments
- help support releasing information, handling of inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, and crisis management.
- Communication with brokers & investor calling investor relations line after training
- Creating agenda and managing weekly investor relations meeting
- Monitoring investor relations databases of institutional, retail, investment banking, & analyst databases
- Monitoring competitor investor messaging
- Coordinating & help manage investor distribution databases for investor relations services
- Collaborating with team to manage messaging in presentation
- Communicate the new product strategies to peer group communities and organizations
- Monitoring analyst estimates and expectations
- Coordinating investor/analyst days
- Coordinate investor marketing roadshows
- Assist management with capital market investment raises
- Managing investor presentation and investor relations website
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools
- High proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
