Associate - Corporate Finance/M&A
- Degree / Master in Management, Economics or Finance;
- Minimum of 3 years of Corporate Finance / M & A experience in:
- Investment Bank; International consultant; Private Equity / Infra Fund or Corporate
Development of an Infrastructure/Energy Company;
- Experience in managing Corporate Finance / M&A projects (on the buyer and seller side), involving financial modeling, company valuations and due diligence process coordination, preparation of process documentation, especially in the energy and infrastructure sectors;
- Strong ability to develop, implement and maintain complex financial models;
- Deep knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint;
- Fluent in English (required)
