About the job:
You'll relish this role if you understand the business of fund management and also enjoy using investment management systems and risk management software. Not only that, but you have a desire to improve those systems to make our fund managers more productive.
Working in a supportive team of five, in the fund management department, you'll report to the senior manager and work closely with the portfolio management and dealing teams. Your knowledge of the fund management processes will mean you'll be able to improve efficiency in our workflows and reduce operational risk. Once you're familiar with our tools, you'll deal with day-to-day front office issues, recommend new functionality and make those changes. It will be your responsibility to work with the IT team to ensure infrastructure robustness, resilience, performance and scalability. You will be a key contributor to our methodology of continuous improvement.
