  • You to be primary point of contact for IWM and SUB Finance teams in relation to all Treasury Finance / Treasury P&L matters.
  • Provide a clear and consistent view of the composition and allocation of the Treasury P&L and allocation to the divisions and legal entities, with a specific focus on IWM, SUB and CC & Parent (Stammhaus)
  • You to support in pro-active steering measures of Treasury P/L by branch to manage FP / FYFC with a focus on Stammhaus
  • Analysis of drivers of M-on-M deltas to explain moves in review meetings for material branches
  • Presentation of monthly actuals & FYFC P&L IWM / SUB and Swiss LE's
  • Ad hoc deepdives into the P&L in order to explain variances against previous month / forecast
  • Proactive deep dive in allocation methodology to further optimize the
    methodology and ensure greater transparency (FTP2.2)
  • Driving various internal projects aimed to further optimize and align the Treasury P&L allocation methodology and operational procedures with desired behavioral incentives of the divisions. Objective is to provide divisions and Stammhaus with greater transparency on allocated P&L leading to greater ownership and accountability of their financials.


You Offer
  • Bachelor/ Master degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, Mathematics or Engineering; CFA / MBA a plus but not a requirement
  • Prior working experience in international banking/ financial services environment
  • Experience in relevant field (including Treasury, Risk Management, Funding, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Financial Planning and Analysis)
  • Outstanding quantitative, qualitative and analytical skills
  • You have the ability to work effectively with regional and global teams and drive projects whilst using existing resources.
  • Ability to closely collaborate across Front and Shared Service divisions and levels of seniority
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with a high attention to detail and ability to turn analysis into insights/ recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have the ability to synthesize complex concepts for Senior Management consumption.
