The 1 + 1 Media Strategy & Development Department is looking for a manager who will manage a project in the area of strategic and organizational planning, company development.
We are looking for Person I, who will deal with:
- strategic analysis - economic and industrial trends, evaluation of new business initiatives, competitive risks, etc .;
- analysis, development of forecast financial models;
- analysis, development of business plans;
- methodological, information-consulting support and support of the process of development and implementation of strategic / operational plans for the implementation of corporate goals (decomposition of strategic goals, development of plans of implementation);
- methodological, information-consulting support and support of the process of development of business unit strategies, functional strategies and operational plans for their implementation;
- development and implementation of a system for monitoring the fulfillment of strategic goals, BU strategies, operational plans;
- risk analysis and assessment; development and implementation of risk management system;
- development of system of performance indicators (KPIs) of company / group, BU, functions; monitoring and analysis of results of activity;
- coordination of working groups in strategic planning, risk management;
- development of regulatory documentation in the field of strategic planning;
- coordination of strategic planning projects within the Group;
- evaluation of investment projects and implementation of M&A projects.
If you have:
- higher economic education;
- Experience of at least 5 years in the strategic and organizational planning units of large or consulting (Big4) companies;
- experience in cross-functional teams, in performance management projects, in the development and implementation of strategic / operational plans for the implementation of corporate goals (decomposition of strategic goals, development of implementation plans), projects for implementing a risk management system;
- understanding Agile methodologies (Scrum);
- knowledge of goal and risk management software (eg, ERP systems);
- confident PC user (MS Office (including Visio);
- sociable, responsible, punctual;
- focused on efficiency and output and compliance with deadlines.
