Job Description:

The Associate will provide support to the client-facing Advisors by executing the responsibilities outlined below:

  • Implement portfolio rebalances in a time-efficient manner across client accounts
  • Construct client presentations illustrating the performance of the investment portfolio in concert with salient market updates
  • Develop materials to be utilized in meetings with prospective clients—highlighting ZCA’s value proposition
  • Fulfill ad-hoc client requests—including, but not limited to, investment research, trade requests, and money movement

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint with the proclivity to learn new technology
  • Unparalleled attention to detail related to trading and documentation of trading/funding of private investments
  • Knowledge of various asset classes (both private and public, domestic and international) and their relationship to developing proper asset allocation strategies
  • Familiarity with various investment account types/registrations

Professional Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance/Business desired)
  • Progress in earning or willingness to earn CFA/CFP® designation preferred
  • Prior experience in client services within an investment management organization preferred
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal relationship skills
