Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Company management to formulate strategic and tactical asset allocation
- Provide regular and ad hoc investment commentary on the financial markets as well as special events
- Adhere to relevant compliance guidelines regarding investment/product research, monitoring and communication, etc.
- Assist RM's to increase penetration of Company's investment strategies and ideas
- Provide investment and product training to the front office when required
- Act as a member in the Investment and Product Committee
Skills & Background:
- University degree or higher
- Have passion for financial investments, self-motivated and a team player
- At least 5 years solid experience in investment/product management or research focusing on single or multi asset classes or portfolio management, from wealth management, brokerage, fund management, family offices, independent asset management, or investment banking
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin are required. Cantonese is a significant plus
- Capable of clear communication and presentation
- Professional designation, e.g. CFA, CAIA, CMT, FRM, etc is preferred
- Possess RO type 1, 4 or 9 are mostly welcome
