- To support the fund specialists on-shore to drive sales effort via improved pre- and after- sales services
- To understand all the funds (MFs/ETFs/HFs/PE) on the platform and be a guide for all fund related queries from the bankers
- To help the specialists prepare fund pitches, presentations for their monthly market meetings and global fund analyst call
- Fund Selection Support:
- To help the specialist with peer group analysis, organize fund manager presentations and perform fund due diligence
- To continuously liaise with the fund providers to monitor the fund both quantitatively and qualitatively
- To ensure an overall sound risk & quality management for all funds part of the platform by working on Product Governance tasks, ensuring availability of all the meaningful product documentations and marketing materials
- Track sales of the actively promoted funds on the platform. Analyze trends by data mining and generate business cases by using data analytics
- Prepare monthly management reports on AUM, sales and revenues growth
- Handle partner's expectations
You Offer
- You have advanced degree in finance, preferably with a technology background
- You have 2-3 years of experience in asset allocation and portfolio management
- You are well versed Mutual funds, ETFs and Hedge funds along with financial derivatives
- You should be able to work with VBA/MS Access and other End user computing tools
- You have knowledge of financial systems such as Bloomberg/Morningstar will be an advantage
- You have self-guided and ambitious personality
- You have professional certifications like CFA, FRM, CAIA etc. would be preferred
- You have very strong communication skills to build consensus and momentum among key partners
- You have deep knowledge of excel macros (VBA) and Microsoft Access will be preferable
- You have structured problem solving approach and ability to develop pragmatic, practical solutions
- You are a self-starter, motivated, ability to work in a dynamic and a fast pace ecosystem
