Credit Risk Management (open to senior candidates)

Responsibilities:

Assist in risk assessment report of leveraged finance, cross broader and /or structure products transactions, including modelling, present and propose cases to the appropriate lending authorities
Help prepare the materials and represent Risk management department in the Risk Control Committee
Monitor , review and actively manage existing transactions in the portfolio and perform our credit risk monitoring daily and regularly
Maintain an effective and efficient credit policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and guidelines during the approval stage and through portfolio monitoring of the deals
Contribute to the development and introduction of deal & portfolio specific risk frameworks to ensure a healthy portfolio development
Supervise the team to submit the weekly and monthly reports to Head office or related entities
Assist to Implement the risk methodology and calculate the expected credit loss of loans and receivables, financial assets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, major in Risk management, Accounting, Finance, Business or other related disciplines
Progress towards / completion of CFA, FRM or CPA is an advantage
5+ years of experience in transaction's credit / risk management of corporate / PE backed transaction
Strong knowledge of credit process, policy and regulatory requirements
Experience of analysing credits in the sub-investment grade space
Excellent communication skills and written skills with fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
