Job Purpose (Job Summary):
The Corporate Planning Analyst is responsible for corporate financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis and decision support specifically focused on supporting enterprise-wide results. This position develops and maintains successful relationships with designated business partners within Finance and Corporate Strategy (FCS) and is responsible for supporting successful operational and financial business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:Analyze firm-wide performance against strategic key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and understand key drivers of performance. Perform and interpret scenario analysis on key business drivers as part of Invesco's monthly and annual forecast process. Identify areas of possible revenue opportunities and/or potential cost savings to incorporate into the firm's financial plan and forecast. Coordinate and prepare financial modeling and analysis related to Invesco's strategic priorities and growth strategy, including performance benchmarking and special projects. Analyze financial and operational results and relevant trends to identify, understand and proactively address risks to achieving the firm's financial objectives with FCS and business leaders. Create, interpret and deliver corporate management reporting in the form of presentations, performance dashboards, and other visual tools for business leaders. Perform budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for Invesco's enterprise support functions including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk. Partner with the Global Business Services (GBS) organization and regional/functional leadership teams to prepare Invesco's budget and monthly forecasts. Work Experience / Knowledge:

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- 1-3 years of Finance experience with a concentration in financial planning, management reporting, quantitative analysis, scenario planning, and decision modeling (may include relevant internships/part-time work while studying).
- Prior experience in investment management or financial services is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle and/or Hyperion planning is a plus.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and visual presentation
- Comfort applying latest financial management technologies and using automated tools as appropriate (E.g. experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is a plus)
- Ability to listen effectively
- Multi-task oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment across functions and geographic locations
- Confidentiality and discretion are crucial
- BS in Finance, Economics, or other quantitative discipline.
- CPA or CFA a plus
