Investment Analysis

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing successful Analysis to both internal and external clients on wealth management and investment opportunities.

The role
• Source potential new investments for inclusion in client portfolios in their assigned investment stream.
• Present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Evaluate existing investments in client portfolios.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external managers and providers that are capable of delivering best in class investments suitable to our client's needs.
• Manage new product launches including the development of an effective structure and marketing plan.
• Provide ongoing support for existing investments to include product and manager updates/events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Manage existing fund of funds and similar products in the assigned investment stream and develop new products.
• Enhance the communication package for the investment stream.
• Development and management of junior members of team.
The requirements
• Degree or Masters level in business related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years investment experience across the asset classes.
• CFA qualification desirable.
• A high degree of technical expertise with the ability to work on own initiative.
• A positive attitude, flexible outlook and a high level of enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience of successfully working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• A strong commitment to personal development.
• Demonstrable problem solving skills and an ability to think analytically and conceptually.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Experience of the MS Office suite combined with a strong knowledge of Bloomberg, UBS PAS, Morningstar or similar capabilities.
